At AMPM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your AMPM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email confirmation and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
